Psychobiological Therapy demonstrates that healing generational patterns and past individual traumas is directly reflected in changes in emotions and physical symptoms here and now as well as in future similar circumstances. In this way, it allows you to effectively and permanently heal reactions such as tension, negative emotions or impulsive behavior as well as more complex patterns existing in relationships, beliefs, implemented values and lifestyle.
The methods I use are chosen according to the individual needs of the person:
It is a set of techniques that allow the therapist to easily identify where the problems are faced by the client on the basis of physical and emotional symptoms. The client outlines the context of this problem, assesses its intensity on a scale of 1-10 and together with the therapist determines what will be the desired effect of the session. After a well-made diagnosis, the therapist knows where to go to cure these so-called trauma (i.e. damage), in an individual story or in generational patterns. Often, the problem with which the client comes is a function of several such conditions, hence you need to check the effect of the action several times and continue treating the traumas of the past. The process is completed when the client obtains the desired session effect, which will be verified after a few days in the checking session.
Partial effects can usually be achieved in 1 session, but when it comes to more complex or chronic topics, it is expected that several sessions will be needed. Successful completion of the treatment process is associated with the client experiencing peace and lightness, without a trace of emotional tension that was present at the beginning of work on the problem. Also experiencing situations and contexts that were previously associated with a given problem is completely changing. After healing the trauma, the interpretation and approach to these circumstances change, and peace and harmony remain in the body.
The therapy process is supported by the EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) technique, so you can expect changes in a short time and in the least painful way.
Sessions take place in the office in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria or via Skype or Zoom. You can also use another messenger, for example Viber, Whatsapp or Messenger. Internet sessions require the use of a webcam and require a good connection quality and quiet space to focus attention.
A technique that has a lot in common with an “empty chair” in Gestlalt therapy, referring to the mechanism of designing our interior for other people or phenomena, and even objects. It finds application in working on relationships, as well as on any other system or system. It is usually combined with psychobiological therapy to reach deeper into the conditioning traumas.
A combination of different structures, techniques and approaches to support the client in his personal development. Coaching can relate to one selected area, although it is often important to analyze and organize different aspects of life, values and dreams. On this basis, the most effective path to their full implementation is planned, and the discovery and treatment of all resistances and traumas that may prevent it.

It is a group of techniques developed by an experienced specialist Matt Fox that eliminate the addiction mechanism by treating the causes of its emergence. Depending on the degree of addiction, therapy requires about 10 meetings scheduled and staggered, as well as the implementation of the Silent Mind process. Therapy can take place over the internet as long as all restrictions of the therapeutic contract are implemented.
